Strong Week
Starting strong this week making a good Friday better by completing 10k in a little over 1 hr - no stopping :) then a circuit at fitness this morning followed by a post 3k run home. Rest tomorrow for Easter Sunday then as follows:
Monday - 12k - time trial
Tuesday - 2x personal training sessions
Wednesday - Rest
Thursday - 2x Personal Training Sessions
Friday - Light 6k easy
Saturday - Maybe...
